Activating your tenant
Self-hosted Tines requires a valid license. Before anyone can use your tenant, you'll need to activate it by applying the license provided by Tines. Until you do, visiting your tenant brings you to the activation screen.
You'll see the activation screen when:
You deploy a new self-hosted tenant for the first time
You upgrade an existing self-hosted tenant that never had a license applied
If your tenant already has a license, you won't see this screen.

Before you begin
You'll need a license key. If you don't have one, contact your account team or Tines support to request it. The key is a long string that looks similar to this:

Visit your tenant in a browser. You'll be redirected to the tenant activation screen automatically.
Paste your license key into the License key field and click Validate license.
Review the license details, including your organization name, environment, expiry date, limits, and features.
Click Activate tenant. You'll be redirected to the sign-in page, and your tenant is ready to use.
Troubleshooting
If validation fails, check that you copied the entire license key exactly as it was provided. If it still fails, contact Tines support.
Managing your license after activation
Once your tenant is activated, admins can view the license, its limits, and its features at /admin/license, and apply a new license from the same page.
