Private templates: now in Workbench

Workbench offers many powerful capabilities, and with it, we believe you should be able to use any of your tools with their custom configurations.
So, we decided private templates should be available for Workbench conversations.
And the ability to take control of Tines AI features doesn’t stop there:
Have a spreadsheet to analyze? Upload additional file types to Workbench.
Change your mind when talking to Workbench? Stop in-progress text generation with the Stop button.
Annoyed with inconsistent LLM response times? Configure the retries and timeouts yourself.
Self-hosted customers can now use custom models with their AWS Bedrock provider.

Shipping madness: part 2

In the March newsletter, we featured the same-day-shipping event where our Product team launched 25 features in just one day.
Well, our Cases team kept that momentum going with a “March Madness” of product innovation.
They shipped so much in March that we spread out the releases, and April saw a list of usability improvements to Cases, Records, and Dashboards:
Delete all cases status types
Additional options for each "card" in the case board view
Sort record types by approximate record count
Duplicate elements within a dashboard
Cases: table of contents update
Navigating a case in Tines can sometimes be tricky, especially if there are a lot of elements to the case and the table of contents is too long.
Cases users would have seen a video from the team in their Tines tenant walking you through the new updates, which include:
A new location for the “Timeline”, now known as “Activity”
Click a heading to go directly to that block
View case details at the top of a case
We also introduced four new case blocks, which can be hidden from the body of a case.

Pages: loop page elements

Customers like you want your pages to be more app-like and dynamic - and we're listening.
With looping page elements, builders can render one or more page elements in a container multiple times.
But what else are we doing to make your page-building experience more intuitive?
Reorder options in a page element without deleting and re-adding
Automatically close a tab after submitting a page
Reorder pages in a collection without using menus and modals
But wait, there's more!

We couldn’t exclude these other features that were released this month:
Disable tunnels from the tunnel settings page
New function alert: CONTAINS_URL to detect the presence of URLs within text
Easily find testing data using saved story runs
Webhook support for tenant event limit reached notifications
Configure an API webhook using the stories API
