Government teams are under growing pressure to modernize and improve efficiency while continuing to meet rigorous requirements for security, governance, and accountability. Meeting both demands requires technology that can support innovation without sacrificing control.

That’s why we’re proud to share that Tines has achieved TX-RAMP Level 2 certification for both Tines Stories and Tines 3B.

For Texas public sector organizations, this provides added assurance when using Tines across the workflows that matter most, including those involving sensitive data and systems. For Tines, it marks another important step in our continued investment in supporting the evolving needs of government organizations.

What TX-RAMP Level 2 means

The Texas Risk and Authorization Management Program (TX-RAMP), established by the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR), provides a standardized approach for assessing the security of cloud computing services used by Texas state agencies.

TX-RAMP Level 2 certification applies to cloud services that process, store, or transmit confidential agency data or support moderate or high-impact information resources, reflecting the rigorous security requirements of these environments.

Achieving Level 2 certification for both Tines Stories and Tines 3B gives Texas agencies greater confidence in using Tines for critical workflows, from automating established processes to securely building, running, and managing AI-powered solutions.

How Tines supports your most important workflows

Tines gives Security and IT teams a vendor-agnostic platform to connect the tools and systems they already rely on and build workflows around the way their organization actually operates. With Tines Stories, teams can automate and orchestrate critical workflows across their existing tools and systems, with control over every step. With Tines 3B, teams can securely build, run, and monitor AI-created work while maintaining the visibility and governance government environments require.

Continuing our investment in public sector success

TX-RAMP Level 2 certification is an important milestone in our continued investment in serving government organizations at every level, but our commitment goes well beyond any single certification.

Founded by security practitioners, we’ve built Tines with a high bar for security from day one. As part of that continued commitment, we’re actively pursuing FedRAMP authorization to expand our ability to support federal agencies. And our work won’t stop there. As government requirements evolve, we’ll continue raising the bar for security, trust, and resilience across Tines.
