If there's one thing that always comes up in customer feedback sessions, it’s the value Tines delivers in bringing their stack together. Our vendor-agnostic approach allows the average Tines customer to connect 68 different tools through their workflows.

As Tines has evolved, so too has our relationship with technology partners. We've built deep relationships with some of the best-in-class technologies across security, IT, and infrastructure, and over time, those relationships have become one of the most important parts of how we deliver value to customers.

Since we first formalized our partner ecosystem, we've grown to over 75 technology partners in our network. And working closely with partners like Amazon Web Services (AWS), HashiCorp, IBM, Jamf, Netskope, Elastic, Cribl, GreyNoise, and Upwind, we've seen what's possible when tight partnerships meet shared customer goals: teams that move faster from signal to action, workflows that span the entire stack, and outcomes beyond what we could have delivered alone.

What's changing?

Today, we're launching our brand-new Technology Partner Program. This new program is designed to streamline how we work with our partners and drive more value throughout these relationships, making it clearer how we engage, what success looks like, and how we grow together.

We see real potential to grow our technology partner ecosystem. Customers ask about connecting the tools they depend on every day, and we want to meet them where they are. At the same time, we're excited to deepen the relationships we already have with existing partners – working more closely on go-to-market initiatives, building out joint use cases, and showing customers the full picture of what's possible when their tools are connected through Tines.

Three ways to partner with Tines

Our new program offers three tiers, each designed to reflect the depth of a partnership and the mutual investment on both sides:

The Verified Tier is the entry point into the program. Verified Partners are committed to developing their expertise and building their team's knowledge of Tines. It's the starting point for partners who see the opportunity and are ready to grow.

The Growth Tier is for partners who have built a strong foundation with Tines and are committed to delivering ongoing value to our customers. These partners bring established technical expertise and a track record of working effectively with joint customers.

The Select Tier represents our most experienced partners – those we'd describe as true Tines champions. Select Partners have deep technical expertise, demonstrated success at scale, and a level of strategic alignment that goes well beyond the product integration.

What's the opportunity for partners?

Partnering with Tines opens up meaningful opportunities that go beyond a logo on a partner page. At its core, it's about reach, accessing new customers and markets who are already invested in intelligent workflows and looking for the right tools to plug in. But it's also about amplifying the value of what you already offer.

When your solution sits inside a Tines workflow, customers see it in context – as part of something bigger, doing more, delivering more.

For partners who are ready to go further, the program opens the door to co-selling and joint go-to-market opportunities, shared pipeline, field engagement, and the kind of close collaboration that actually moves revenue. And for those who want to push what's technically possible, there's real scope to work together on cutting-edge automation use cases, bringing these stories to life for customers within Tines.

This matters more than ever right now. Governance, auditability, and the ability to combine deterministic and agentic automation with human judgment are what fuels customer decisions. They’re  under increased scrutiny, and they need partners who have thought carefully about how their tools fit into that picture. At Tines, we understand that balance, and the partners who thrive in this ecosystem understand it too.

Nick Morawiecki, Senior Solution Partner Panager at Jamf, spoke about the joint value we provide to shared customers: "Together, Jamf and Tines help customers streamline critical workflows across their entire Apple environment... That matters because IT and security teams are stretched pretty thin. They need fewer manual steps, faster response and workflows that connect tools they already have."

What does this mean for Tines customers?

For Tines customers, this program is ultimately about making the platform work seamlessly for them. A stronger, better-structured partner ecosystem means more integrations, better-documented use cases, and a clearer path to getting value out of the tools they're already using. When we work more closely with partners on joint solutions, customers feel it – in faster time-to-value, in workflows that actually reflect how their stack is built, and in the confidence that comes from knowing their tools work well together.

We also want to make it easier for customers to find and engage with the right partners. Over time, you'll see us invest more in surfacing partner expertise, joint use cases, and resources that help teams get up and running faster.

Join the program

If you're a technology vendor and you're interested in exploring what a partnership with Tines could look like, we'd love to hear from you. Whether you're at the early stages of thinking about partnering, or you already have customers in common with us, there's a place for you in this program.

Anthony Horwitz, SVP Global Partner Ecosystems at Netskope, emphasised the value that this new program brings to partners: "We’re really excited about the Tines technology programme because it formalizes the work we’ve already been doing together and it gives us a clear path to grow through co-selling and co-marketing and delivering even more value to our shared customers. We are super proud to be part of the Tines ecosystem from day one."

And if you're an existing partner, thank you. This new structure is built on the foundation you helped us create, and we're excited about what comes next.
