The new tenant health page gives you a single view of what's happening across your entire Tines environment. Spot issues early and take action—whether it's stories generating too many runs, actions hitting errors, or workers running at capacity.
If you are observing sustained high pending action runs, high queue latency over time, or a growing number of queued jobs, determine whether this is expected behavior for your tenant. If so, you can monitor your tenant as they process. If not, you may consider taking steps to optimize your stories or even clear pending action runs.
You should only clear pending action runs if you're sure you don't need them to be processed. For example, you may find unnecessary and unimportant action runs have been generated by a change in a third party integration that generated extraneous calls, a testing script, or some other change.
Find it in the team dropdown, or access the metrics programmatically via the List Stories API endpoint.
