We've added a new formatting type within a case: callouts.

With 9 different icon and color options, callouts are a great way to make specific text in a case stand out.

A call out can be added using the / command menu when editing:

• the case description

• case note blocks

• case comments

The style for a callout can be chosen by using the using the / command inside the callout. Additionally the title can be updated after creation.

If you are creating cases via automation, this style can be applied using the markdown syntax (> [!NOTE], > [!INFO], > [!TIP], etc.) as well.
