Linked cases improvements

We've made several improvements to linked cases to give you more flexibility when managing related work.

Link up to 150 cases per case — up from 50, so you can connect more related cases without hitting a ceiling.

Group linked cases by substatus — inside a case, you can now organize linked cases by their substatus, making it easier to track where related work stands at a glance. You can enable this via the settings in the top right of the linked cases panel.

Linked case count in the case list — the number of linked cases now appears directly on each case in the case list, so you can see connection density without opening a case.
