We have three significant improvements to the case search experience:

1. Improved search filtering

2. Saved views management

3. Column selection and display toggle

Search filters 

When defining search filters for a case, the search parameters (assignee, status, updated time, etc.) and operators (in, is any of, is none of) are now more prominently displayed. Clicking any search parameter or operator presents you with lists of available options.

Saved views management 

Saved views are now much more manageable with several enhancements:

• The active view is prominently displayed

• Easily update, revert, detach, and overwrite each view

• Share each view with its unique URL

Column selection and display toggle 

The column selector and display toggle (list vs. kanban board) have been separated and relocated, making interactions quicker and more intuitive.
