We've released several updates to improve your case management experience:

Case actions 

• Open an associated story directly from the case action menu or the embedded page

• Customize icons for case actions

Case fields 

• Search for case fields quickly when managing case settings

• Validation options are displayed as radio buttons for easier selection

• Increased validation options from 20 to 35

General updates 

• New permission that controls which users can bulk update cases

• Option to open cases in new tabs from the case list (user-specific setting)

• Display full user names in the case activity timeline

• Specify author_email when creating Case blocks via API
