Cases, AI in Tines
The Tines MCP server now includes a full set of tools for Cases, so you can manage them without leaving your client of choice.
With these tools, you can:
Discover cases and view their details and attachments
Create a new case, complete with title, description, priority, and template
Update core case properties like title, description, status, priority, tags, and metadata
Build out case content with blocks, tasks, comments, and links to other cases or records
Take action by running case actions, assigning tasks, or managing assignees
Transfer a case to another team
Delete cases you no longer need
