Cases and dashboards stay up to date in background tabs

Tines now pauses live updates only when a tab isn't visible on screen, rather than when it loses keyboard focus. That means a tab on a second monitor keeps updating while you work elsewhere.
If a tab has been hidden for a while, or your connection drops and reconnects, case pages, the case list, and dashboards refresh automatically when you return. No need to reload the page.
