Review tasks in C1 for inactive approvers and alert in Microsoft Teams

Routinely scan your apps in C1 for any that have disabled or deleted owners. If any applications are found, a message will be sent to a Microsoft Teams channel, prompting an analyst to update the app permissions and add an owner.
