Deallocate and delete unnecessary virtual machines in Azure and raise tickets

Routinely scan your Azure cloud environment for non-safelisted virtual machines, deallocate and delete if they have been running or stopped for more than 24 hours. Whenever a machine is deleted, create tickets in Jira or Tines cases to notify the IT team about the deleted resources. Utilize Tines Pages to allow users to easily submit their machines for safelisting and maintain a record of all the relevant details. This can be used to cut down on cloud costs by ensuring that only the necessary resources are being used in an organization.
