Introducing the AI Agent action
Did you hear the news?
You can now build and deploy agents in Tines using the AI Agent action type - an evolution of our AI action!
AI on the Storyboard just got even more powerful, with the opportunity to build your workflows as autonomous as you choose with the help of an agent. Using the tools from your tech stack, the agents you build are designed to reason, decide, and act on your behalf.
Curious to see it in action? Join Head of Product Stephen O’Brien on Wednesday, July 9th at 10 AM ET to learn more about building agents in Tines.

Governance settings for Pages

We’ve introduced an all new governance settings for page access control because we understand not all pages are created equal—this new setting provides even more granular control over editing and distributing pages.
Tenant owners can restrict how the “Anyone with the link” access is applied to a page.
A few other updates to Pages include:
Build with META.page_elements for condition rules
Additional enhancements to the change request view for page edits
See more on access to pages here →
Export scheduled snapshots

Dashboard snapshots can now be exported and sent on a scheduled basis, providing a ready to view look into the current state of your records and cases.
You can also now duplicate dashboards across teams and case groups, with dashboard charts updating to reflect the group’s data.
Updates in case management
Summer months don’t mean work slows down for our product team, especially with case management.
Check out some of the latest updates and actions you can take within a cases from June:
New: case group block type for smarter organization
Sort case activity by the different case fields
Select to open a case’s page in a new tab or window
Sort the list of case fields via the settings for easier navigation
Directly upload an image into the case notes or descriptions
Chart case fields in a dashboard with a pie chart, bar chart or list.
All updates to Cases can be found in the docs →
New networking options for Run Script

This month we introduced three new networking options for Run Script:
No networking - no access to internet
Standard - floating IP address
Dedicated - static IP address
As you make requests from AWS Lambda, the egress IPs are different than the ones your tenant may use for other actions, so it’s important the networking options are flexible to your requests.

But wait, there's more!

We couldn’t exclude these other features that were released this month:
Configure custom models with Anthropic for AI in Tines features
Interact with live and test records based on the Record ID input
View a wider spread of upcoming scheduled action runs
Run trigger actions with upstream events for easier testing and debugging
Enable action egress control rules for tunnelled requests
New endpoints available for the story owners API and story monitoring recipients API
Require reasoning for bypassing approvals during change requests
Securely test saved story runs by re-running with mock payloads
Use a recovery code to log into your Tines tenant when other methods are unavailable
