At Tines, we’re on a mission to power the world’s most important workflows. And that kind of mission requires world-class execution, deep alignment, and strong operational foundations. That’s why I’m beyond excited to share that Heather Planishek has joined Tines as our new Chief Operating and Financial Officer.
Heather is a seasoned leader with a unique mix of operational discipline and a bias for action. She most recently served as Chief Accounting Officer at Palantir Technologies, where she helped guide the company through rapid growth and a public listing. At every step of the journey at Palantir, and in previous roles at EY and HPE, she’s delivered results while keeping quality, clarity, and culture front and center.
As COFO, Heather will oversee our global operations and finance functions. She’s joining us at a moment of incredible momentum following our $125M Series C and $1.125B valuation in February and recent launch of full spectrum automation. Her leadership will help us scale smarter and build the kind of durable systems that allow us to move with confidence and agility while expanding our operations.
Ultimately, that means better outcomes for our customers. With Heather’s guidance, we’ll be able to deliver faster, operate with greater precision, and free up even more energy to focus on what matters most: building the best possible experience for the teams who rely on Tines every day.
What really excites me is how quickly Heather is diving in. She’s already asking sharp questions and thinking about how we can use Tines more effectively to decrease muckwork across our own teams. One of the first things she said was, “Why didn’t my teams have this in my last role?” That energy and curiosity is exactly what we look for.
Heather is based in Colorado but plans to spend plenty of time with our team in Ireland. She’s a proud mom and wife, an outdoors enthusiast, and someone who brings a thoughtful, systems-driven approach to everything she does. Her arrival marks a big step forward for us… not just in how we operate today, but in how we build for the long haul.
Please join me in welcoming Heather to the team. We’re lucky to have her onboard.
