Managing your data
A few quality-of-life improvements for Records landed this month, making it easier to document, track, and analyze your data.
Order and filter prioritized records using the new “Updated at” field
Add descriptions to record field types for clearer context
Use custom time range filters to find exactly what you need for reporting
And once you’ve filtered and analyzed your data how you want, add them to a dashboard, and use the new API for importing and exporting dashboards to show them off.

The template corner

The template corner continues, with a list of new ways to get building quicker.
Drag and drop specific templates directly onto the storyboard with the latest template explorer UI
Save actions created by Story copilot as private templates, along with other updates
Move templates among teams and change up ownership
The template corner also extends to Cases, where you can now export and import case templates into any tenant and team.
Integrations & extensibility

Several updates this month now make integrations more secure and reliable.
MCP servers can now use OAuth for access control, prompting users to autehtnicate with their Tines accounts.
The resources API includes locking to prevent concurrent update issues, and managing story links is now easier with a new API endpoint.
And have you noticed referencing headers is now easier? Use META.headers to reference headers from webhook or MCP server requests.
Connecting with AI

We’re excited to report OpenAI models are now available as a Tines-managed AI provider alongside AWS Bedrock - no API keys required.
But sometimes you need an API key, like how you can now connect your workflows to AWS Bedrock-hosted models and services with your existing AWS credentials.
Other updates include securely connecting an AI Agent action to remote MCP servers via OAuth.

But wait, there's more!

We couldn’t exclude these other features that were released this month:
NOTE: The Trigger action now called the Condition action
This is a cosmetic change to better reflect what the action does
New PAD_LEFT and PAD_RIGHT functions to modify text to a defined target length
Use quote replies in case comments to reference prior remarks.
Rename your different AI models to something your team with resonate with
