Configure tools in Workbench

Introduction

Workbench can answer questions and help with Tines concepts out of the box, but connecting it to tools is what lets it interact with your environment. Whether you're using pre-built integrations, your own custom workflows, or built-in capabilities, knowing how to configure and manage these tools is what makes Workbench work for your team.

Learning objectives

By the end of this module, you'll be able to:

  • Identify the three types of Workbench tools and explain their purposes.

  • Configure templates with credentials and enable stories for Workbench access.

  • Use internal tools and manage tool permissions to control what Workbench can do.
