Notify users in Slack when tagged in Tines case comments

Notify users in Slack when they are tagged in a Tines case comment. If there are multiple users tagged in a case comment, each of them will receive a notification. The associated story and actions are provided as is and the Customer is not responsible for maintaining the code or any activity derived from the usage of the code.
