You can now update fields across multiple cases at once, saving time when managing large case volumes.
Use the manage fields modal to specify new values or add additional fields.
Checkboxes next to each field control the update behavior:
Fully checked: the field will be updated on all selected cases
Partially checked: the field will only be updated on cases that already have a value set
Unchecked: the field will not be updated
This feature is available in both the Cases UI and the API.
