We've updated our permissions and roles around dashboards. This includes granular permissions along with two updated roles:

Dashboard Manage - View and configure dashboards, including making changes to layouts and charts

Dashboard View - View dashboards without the ability to make changes

Now, dashboard permissions are completely independent from case permissions.
