We've expanded our permissions system with a new Dashboard View permission and made dashboard access independent from case permissions.

Previously, users needed both Case View and Dashboard Manage permissions to view dashboards. Now, dashboard permissions are completely independent, with two distinct options:

Dashboard Manage - View and configure dashboards, including making changes to layouts and charts.

Dashboard View - View dashboards without the ability to make changes.
