Cases API v2


We've added a new version of the Cases API, this version includes performance improvements, naming updates to align with cases in product and additional endpoints in allow more granular actions on a case. Cases v1 endpoints all have an updated version in v2 alongside the following additional endpoints:

  • Managing case actions (formerly known as case buttons) - adding, updating, listing, deleting & batch updating

  • Retrieve case timeline activity (and filter by activity type)

  • Retrieve the list of case comments or an individual comment

  • Retrieve the list of case file attachments or an individual attachment

  • Retrieve the file contents of a case file attachment

  • Batch creation endpoints for linked cases & case subscribers
