Who can use Workbench in Slack
Any user who has access to both your Slack workspace and your Tines tenant can use Workbench in Slack, subject to their Tines permissions.
Permissions and access control
Workbench in Slack respects the same permissions as the Tines web interface. Users can only access credentials they have permission to use, can only run stories they have access to, and tool configurations remain user-specific unless a team preset is used. All activity is captured in audit logs (where available; see the Introduction to Workbench module for plan details).
Team presets for consistency
Team admins can create presets available to all team members. This ensures consistent tool configurations, approved credentials, and appropriate custom instructions across the team. New team members get appropriate tools configured from day one.
