Only the tenant owner can install Workbench in Slack. If your Slack workspace has app approval enabled, the tenant owner will also need approval from Slack workspace admins before completing the installation.
Tines Workbench Slack App
The Tines Workbench Slack App is provided and maintained by Tines for cloud-hosted tenants.
To install Workbench in Slack:
Navigate to Workbench in your Tines tenant.
Click the Slack icon.
Follow the steps in the pop-up.
Custom Slack App
If you have a self-hosted tenant, multiple cloud tenants in one workspace, or specific data routing requirements, you can create a custom Slack app instead.
