The WORKBENCH_LINK() function generates a link that opens Workbench with event data pre-loaded. This is useful when you want to review event details in a conversational interface, ask Workbench to analyze or enrich the data, or get suggestions for how to handle a specific event.
Like cases, events sent to Workbench maintain real-time access to the latest data.
