Workbench lets you convert conversations into Tines stories. This gives you a starting point for turning ad-hoc interactions into reusable workflows, though you'll want to review and refine the result before putting it into production.
How conversion works
When you convert a chat, Workbench generates a story based on the actions executed, stories triggered, configurations discussed, and overall workflow logic from the conversation.
To convert a chat to a story:
Find the conversation in your chat history.
Click the lightning icon next to the conversation.

Workbench will generate a story and open it in the storyboard.
Refine the generated story
What Workbench generates is a starting point. You'll likely want to review and test the workflow, add error handling, adjust configurations, add comments, and connect it to the right triggers.
