How Workbench uses attached files
When you attach a file, Workbench can read and analyze it, extract specific information from structured files, answer questions about the contents, or process and transform the data. Some examples:
Attach a CSV of service requests and ask Workbench to identify trends.
Upload a screenshot of an error message and ask for troubleshooting help.
Share a PDF report and ask for a summary of key findings.
Attach a log file and ask Workbench to identify anomalies.
