Let's review
In this module, you learned how to manage users in your Tines tenant, from inviting new team members to monitoring their access. Here are the key points to remember:
User management: You can invite users to your tenant, manage their profiles, and remove them when necessary. Remember that deleting a user removes their Personal team components but preserves the team-owned components they created.
Permission hierarchy: Tines uses a three-tier permission structure: tenant owner access (highest level), tenant permissions (specific administrative actions), and team roles (team-level access). Understanding this hierarchy helps you provision access appropriately.
Team roles: Every user on a team must have a team role. The five default roles are team admin, editor, viewer, case manager, and Workbench user. Custom roles are also available as an add-on feature for more granular control.
