- Build programs that convert—campaigns, partner activations, ABM plays, and events tailored to each segment’s buying cycle.
- Activate and co-market with partners like AWS, Carahsoft, CDW, and top MSSPs—maximizing reach and optimizing MDF spend.
- Own the event motion—roundtables, roadshows, trade shows, and webinars—with clear goals and follow-through.
- Drive segment-specific thought leadership, collaborating with product marketing and content to position Tines as a trusted partner to governments and managed service providers.
- Track impact—MQLs, opportunities, influenced pipeline, partner-sourced opportunities, and ROI.
- Manage budget and resources to deliver high-quality programs efficiently.
- Work closely with product marketing, and sales to align messaging, including FedRamp and regulated industry requirements.
What you bring with you:
- 8+ years experience in a growth marketing role within the Public Sector (Fed and/or SLED) is a must; An understanding of how to market FedRamp certification is an advantage
- Demonstrated success leading Marketing campaigns in Public Sector with specific OKR’s that materially deliver qualified leads and prove ROI
- Results-oriented: Strong track record of building and executing results-oriented marketing strategies that deliver tangible business outcomes
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration & project management skills with the ability to align teams and stakeholders around a common vision
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external audiences
- Deepen Tines's presence in the MSSP ecosystem by building meaningful relationships with MSSP influencers, consultants, peer groups, and in communities.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
