Before Tines, our founders, Eoin Hinchy and Thomas Kinsella spent more than a decade as senior security operators, experiencing all of the usual pain points, like too much work, not enough staff, and inevitable incidents.
They knew there needed to be a laser-focused solution, so in 2018 they started building Tines.
Our mission is to make the lives of security and operations teams on the frontlines easier. We’re achieving this through advanced, contextually aware automation that allows security and operations teams to do their best work, free from alert fatigue and Groundhog Days.
Today, some of the world's most important companies trust Tines to automate more than 100,000 actions every day, and we're just getting started.
Whatever team you’re on, learn how some of our customers make the most of Tines’ flexibility.
Fear, uncertainty, and doubt (FUD) is a counterproductive sales tactic used by many vendors that forces security teams to be on high-alert for unnecessarily draining periods. We speak candidly about the threats facing organizations and build features to help address them.
We measure our success through our customers’ success and seek to establish personal, long-term relationships. We deliver the highest level of support possible and will continue to make this a priority, even as we grow.
Our greatest opportunities are yet to come. We’ll only inspire experimental thinking by staying agile and finding new problems to solve. As users of our own platform, we’re our own toughest critics. Above all else, we’re immensely proud of what we’re building.
At Tines every day presents new challenges which makes it a very exciting & engaging place to work. What makes Tines stand out is that every single employee has a stake in the company’s success.
Everyone is in pursuit of a common goal. I feel very proud and extremely excited to be a part of this company.”
“Across our workflows, Tines saves time and money, and eases our workload. And that’s just the start. We have a whole host of other use cases we’ll be putting Tines to work on in the near future.”
“Tines’ component-based approach is a major part of its appeal to us. It means we don’t have to reinvent the wheel every time to want to automate something new.”
“Tines has enabled a level of customization and utility that wasn’t previously available to Box’s security analysts.”
