Create an AI generated morning incident report

From the submitter: This story generates the team's morning incident report. The report is composed of the previous day's notable event and incidents. The story uses Records to store the parent ID of the parent page to ensure that new daily reports are children pages and sent to the correct index. The story will also check daily to see if a new parent page for a new month needs to be created and if the older months need to be archived. The report is generated by pulling data from Cases to feed the AI action with incident information (name, severity, description, resolved_at etc) to serve as the prompt. The output is sent to Confluence and emailed to the incident responder to review and publish.
