Send to Story LOOP option support for array processing

We've introduced array processing for Send to Story with the LOOP option. Action runs for this configuration will execute sequentially to maintain event order. Once the loop finishes, results can be aggregated using the message_only option in event transform, ensuring all data is collected and returned cohesively in the final event.
