Cases mobile view

We’ve optimized the Case page UI for mobile devices to make it easier to review information, take quick actions, and resolve cases on the go.

You can now:

• View a read-only description in the Description tab

• Add tags, trigger case actions, view linked cases, and more in the Details tab

• Leave comments and view a case's timeline in the Timeline tab

...and much more—all from a mobile device!
