Finding the right records quickly is essential when you're analyzing data or investigating an issue. The records table lets you filter by stories, field values, date ranges, Record ID, and test/live environment to narrow down exactly what you need. You can also sort the table by Record ID when you want to work through records in ID order.
You can combine multiple filters to create precise queries. For example, you might filter for all service requests with a priority greater than three that were submitted in the last 24 hours. Filters are applied in real time, so the table updates immediately as you add or modify criteria.
Date and time filters use your team's working time zone, and record timestamps display in that same time zone. This keeps results consistent for everyone on the team, wherever they happen to be working from.
If change control is enabled, you can use the live/test toggle to switch between viewing live records and test records, as covered in the Records design module.
