Finding the right records quickly is essential when you're analyzing data or investigating an issue. The records table lets you filter by stories, field values, date ranges, and test/live environment to narrow down exactly what you need.
You can combine multiple filters to create precise queries. For example, you might filter for all service requests with a priority greater than 3 that were submitted in the last 24 hours. Filters are applied in real time, so the table updates immediately as you add or modify criteria.
If change control is enabled, you can use the live/test toggle to switch between viewing live records (from live stories) and test records (from draft stories), as covered in the Records design module.
