It offers features such as applicant tracking, job posting, interview scheduling, candidate evaluation, and reporting, enabling recruiters and hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent more efficiently and effectively. 

This connect flow creates a credential for use with the [candidate ingestion API](https://developers.greenhouse.io/candidate-ingestion.html#introduction) in Greenhouse.
