We are looking to hire our first EMEA Recruiter to support our growing Sales / G&A functions to be based in Ireland.  The successful candidate will have the opportunity to support Tines' growing Sales teams and supporting G&A functions like marketing and finance. You will play a pivotal role in shaping both the Recruiting and People function at Tines and have a direct hand in building Tines over the coming years.

This role will reports directly and partner closely with the Tines Recruitment Leader who is based in Ireland. 
 
What you will be doing:
  • Manage and own a full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback and negotiating offers for all levels of candidates
  • Partner with Sales and G&A business leaders ( eg finance, marketing ) and educate hiring managers on recruiting process, interview best practices and decision making
  • Create, recommend and implement strategies to overcome challenges and build candidate pipelines through sourcing, referrals, research and events
  • Deliver a world class Candidate Experience every time and provide support, guidance and direction for candidates throughout their interview journey
  • Utilise data and insights to drive decisions and improve processes
  • Speak passionately and authentically about Tines and be able to clearly articulate the mission and journey ahead for the company 
What you bring with you:
  • Proven track record of success of full-cycle recruiting experience 
  • Previous Sales OR Go To Market Orecruitment experience - either in-house or at recruitment agency
  • Experience in pro-active sourcing, managing, negotiating and closing candidate profiles ranging from entry level to senior management positions
  • Ability to operate well in a fast moving environment and provide clarity in ambiguous situations
  • Knowledge of various recruiting tools such as applicant tracking system (Greenhouse), LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, etc
  • Partnering with business managers and leaders to advise on best approaches to secure talent  - Recruiting is a Team Sport!
